Our Warranty

Grygorian Gallery offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all vintage jewelry purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. 

Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, wear and tear, or accidents.
  • This warranty does not cover any repairs or alterations made to the piece after purchase.
  • This warranty does not apply to items purchased at a discounted price or on sale.

Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@grygorian.com or +36828391921. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.  Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
